I spent four years inside SeatGeekIQ, SeatGeek's AI pricing engine, leading the business development and strategy that took it from an emerging product to the pricing backbone for SeatGeek's primary ticketing partners, with 85%+ adoption, $35M in ARR, and $120M in assets under management. I managed the full sales cycle and renewal process for premier partners like the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Cavaliers, the NFL and the MLB, and built the go-to-market strategy that brought that same pricing intelligence to promoters like Live Nation, AEG and the Messina Group.
That seat gave me a clear view of the gap in this industry. The organizations with access to real AI-driven pricing were winning back revenue and filling seats they used to leave empty, but that kind of intelligence was locked up in a handful of enterprise platforms, out of reach for everyone else. Teams and venues were still setting prices by gut feel and spreadsheet, guessing at demand instead of pricing to it. Revroster exists to close that gap, putting the same caliber of pricing intelligence I helped build at SeatGeekIQ directly into the hands of any sports or entertainment organization, backed by a team that's actually run this playbook before.
